Brewer Medical Solutions calibrates and repairs audiology equipment for hearing and balance practices. We deal with businesses, not patients. This page explains what information we collect about practices and the people who work in them, and what we do with it.

We do not collect patient information

Our work is on your equipment. We do not ask for, collect, or store information about your patients, and we ask that you not send it to us.

Call recording notice

Calls to and from Brewer Medical Solutions, including calls from our outreach team and calls answered by our automated assistant, may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training, and record-keeping. If you would prefer not to be recorded, tell us at the start of the call or contact us by email at [email protected].

What we collect

• Information you give us. When you call, email, or fill in a form, we keep what you tell us: your name, practice, contact details, the equipment you have, its calibration due dates, and any certificates or invoices you send so we can prepare a quote.
• Information from our outreach calls. When our team calls a practice, we note business details shared on the call, such as the calibration due date, the current calibration provider, and the best email address for a quote.
• Public business information. We compile practice names, addresses, and phone numbers from public sources such as business listings.
• Basic website data. Our hosting provider logs standard technical details such as IP address and browser type. This site does not currently use advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this page first.

How we use it

• To answer questions and prepare quotes.
• To schedule and carry out calibration, repair, and other services, and to keep records of that work.
• To send calibration due-date reminders you have asked for.
• To let practices know about our services by phone, email, or mail.

Who we share it with

We use outside companies to run our phones, email, forms, website, customer records, scheduling, and billing, and they handle information on our behalf. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

Your choices

• Stop calls or email. Tell us once and we will take your practice off our list. Email [email protected] or call 209-454-3999.
• See, correct, or delete what we hold. Contact us the same way and we will respond.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and its effective date.
