Calibration
Annual calibration performed to current ANSI specifications, with calibration documentation provided for your records. We calibrate the equipment your practice runs on, including:
- Diagnostic and screening audiometers
- Tympanometers and middle-ear analyzers
- OAE (otoacoustic emission) systems
- Real-ear / hearing aid analyzers
- Sound-field systems
- ABR (auditory brainstem response) systems
- VNG (videonystagmography) systems
- Caloric irrigators
- CDP (computerized dynamic posturography) systems
Vivosonic ABR systems are the one exception: we send those out for calibration and handle the arrangements for you.
Repair
When equipment goes down, downtime costs you appointments. We diagnose and repair audiometers, tympanometers, and related equipment, working to keep you running while we do. Repairs in our service area can be handled on-site or in-shop.
Send-In Calibration & Repair
Outside our on-site service area, or can't wait for the next route week? You can still use us. Ship your equipment to us and we'll calibrate or repair it and send it back — wherever your practice is in the country.

We'll provide packing and shipping instructions.
We assess the unit and send a quote before any work begins.
We complete the work and calibrate to current ANSI specifications.
We ship it back with its calibration label and certificate, ready to put back in service.
Send-in service is available to practices anywhere in the U.S. Not everything can be calibrated by mail: sound-field speakers have to be calibrated in place in your booth, and some audiometer calibrations need an on-site visit. Contact us first and we'll tell you what can ship.
On-Site Verification
We come to you. Sound-treated booth and ambient-noise verification is performed on-site, so your testing environment meets standard without shipping anything out.
