Never miss a calibration due date.
Tell us when your equipment is due and we'll remind you ahead of time. It's free, there's no obligation, and it's useful whoever does your calibration.
How it works
-
Find your due date
It's on the calibration sticker on your audiometer and other equipment, and on your last calibration certificate.
-
Send it to us
Your practice name, location, and the month your equipment is due. An equipment list helps but isn't required.
-
Get reminded
We email you 90, 60, and 30 days before the due date, so calibration is on the calendar before it lapses.
Why practices lose track
Calibration comes around once a year, the sticker is easy to overlook, and the person who scheduled it last time may have moved on. It's easy to find out you're overdue only when someone asks for the certificate.
A reminder a few months ahead leaves time to get a quote, pick a date that doesn't disrupt patients, and keep your records continuous.
What signing up does and doesn't mean
- You get three short reminder emails a year. That's all.
- Each one includes an offer to quote your calibration. You're free to ignore it.
- You can stop the reminders at any time with one reply.
Put your due date on our calendar.
It takes one email. We'll handle the remembering.
